Send reminder prior to renewal so I can check and cancel if wanted

We send reminders for 12 month subscriptions, but not currently for 1 month subscriptions. We have no lans to change the auto-renewal nature of the subscription at present, but you can untick this option at any point after making your first payment

Could you move the question mark away from the bottom right hand corner as it gets mixed up with page scrolling!

Unfortunately, as we use a third party system for this, our ability to control where it pops up is quite limited – but we will keep this under review.

Please redesign your website - it's not user friendly
Your website has clearly been designed by website designers without any clear reference to your potential user's needs.
There must be somewhere on your website that says 'Continue my subscription until I cancel it'. On the front page where you can opt for monthly subscription there is no mention of this UNLESS you continue to scroll down. Why would a user need to scroll down to reveal this caveat? It should be stated alongside the subscription panel.
To cancel my subscription I'm asked to go to 'My Account'.
