Why did my subscription renew automatically?

When you subscribe to one of our subscription packages, your membership is automatically set to renew at the end of the current term. For annual subscribers, keeping auto-renewal enabled ensures you benefit from our 10% loyalty discount when it's time to renew.

If you prefer not to have your subscription renew automatically, you can turn off this feature at any time. Simply log in and go to ‘My Account’ > ‘Edit Details’ > ‘Subscription Details’. From there, uncheck ‘Auto-renew my subscription’ and click ‘Update details’ to save your changes.

Your current subscription will now continue until its expiry date and no further payments will be taken unless you opt back in.
