Tell us what publications would be of most use to you. You can be as general (Victorian cycling magazines) or specific (South Wales Argus) as you wish! We take on board all of your suggestions but are bound by copyright restrictions and our agreements with publishers, these form the boundaries of what we may publish online.

Please can you digitize "The Nelson Leader" Est 1890. Nelson, Lancashire. The premises of the newspaper was flooded and all archives destroyed I understand. However Nelson Public Library still holds copies. Can you scan and digitise before these too are destroyed. What is available online is 'Nelson Leader WW1 Local War Records 1914-1915' https://archive.org/details/NelsonLeaderWw1LocalWarRecords1914-1915

Good news – Whitby Gazette fits our inclusion criteria! We have researched the BL catalogue and it is available to us for digitisation. We have the following years on our Digitisation Plan: 1854-1871.

Please be aware that until we have received the material into our studio and checked it, it is not possible to guarantee that it will be digitised.

    Best wishes,
    Team BNA

  16. inverness courier

This is the premier newspaper of the Highlands, an area with very poor coverage by the Archive. There are complete issues up to the late 1860s, but then a poor and seemingly random coverage, which is most frustrating for students of Highland history.

  18. stockton & Tees-side Herald

This Paper covered a large area and should help many people researching the Tees-Side counties. I admit to a personal interest in a tragic incident that occurred in 1932.
