Contact needs to be improved
Contact needs to be improved greatly. After posting a comment about my subscription, I received a reply from feedback@british..... offering me a 2 month free extension to the sub to encourage me to stay on. That was 26 August and so I replied back to say okay go on then. But I never heard anything. Next thing I get an email from info@british..... saying that my sub had been renewed, so I replied back and said, no this wasn't meant to happen but that email bounced back saying it was an invalid user. So I send an email to support@british..... explaining what I thought was meant to happen and I got a response saying they never received the email. So I forward it again and they confirm no receipt. But nothing bounced back from feedback@. The heading for Contact Customer Support needs to be a proper link not just asking for feedback and what else we'd like to pay for.
I wish to look at Oxford Journal dated 11 Sept 1773. When I get this and look for Sept 11th the newspaper changes to a Calendonian Journal. However many times I do this. Why is this please?

Why does your site not contain a direct email contact address for would-be customers to ask customer support for payment/membership questions and particular questions about the management of your website? As it is at the moment, NOT GOOD.
