can you list newly uploaded titles by when they were uploaded rather than alphabetically?

Bug: not logged in and "anonymous" on the Help and Advice pages?
Even though I am logged in under my BNA account on the website, and my name shows at the top of the screen, as soon as I click "Help & Advice" this disappears and I only see "Sign-in". Attempting to post a comment asks me to sign in, but using my email address just shows me as "anonymous". Returning to the BNA home or search screens shows that I am still signed in under my correct BNA account. Why don't I remain signed in and automatically post comments under my BNA account name in the help and feedback sections?

Bug: Entire article screen faded and inactive on returning from full-screen view
If, after using the Edit text window in and artcile, you click the full-screen button in the article view, then click again to return to normal view, if you then click "Show article text", the text box appears correctly but the entire screen is greyed out and ALL buttons and links are inaccessible. The only way out is to use the browser Back button or press escape.

Add a service status so we know when you database has access issues
Just add a link to show current service levels rather than those annoying and non-information messages that say "unexpected error"

Don't take payments without explicit consent
Don't automatically sign customers up to monthly subscriptions and have them end this with a fairly well-hidden tick box. It's disingenuous. Be more honest about the payment system.

Bookmarks
Your bookmarks tab now comes up with the list in blue and is difficult to read. The print is small which makes it worse. I have a lot of bookmark folders and find it also difficult to scroll down beyond a certain point.

Bookmark feature is unusable on mobile device
Hi. Really enjoying the site. But when I try to bookmark a search result on my mobile device, the box displays partly off the screen. This means I can't click to save the bookmark. See attachment.

A Timeline, simple base line of world/UK event dates occurring at, or near the atricle date
Place the articles in some kind of timeline, a simple baseline graph idea would help I suppose. I don't have a plan but whenever I find an article concerning an ancestor it would help to picture the time he was living in - who was on the throne, world action concerning Britain etc.

Subscription renewals
A decent way of renewing subscriptions, as you have a failed and useless system at present.

The idea of making the number of days left on your subscription is a great one and we will add it to the list. Val – when a subscription renewal fails, it is usually because the card you used has expired and you’ve been issued with a new one. Get in touch with Customer Support for help adding a new card. We will look at adding a facility for you to add a new card yourself in future.

Individual paper updates
I would like the ability to 'subscribe' to select papers. What this means is that I will be notified by email or message if my selected papers are updated with new issues, and notified which editions have been added.

Improve resolution of PDFs, or just let us download the original image
The PDFs we get to download now are in some cases completely unreadable because the image resolution is far too low. This is especially disappointing when you save the PDF, and come back to do some work from it later on only to find it's a unusable.
Why can't we download high resolution images instead?

Improve usability and navigation
I tried to give you feedback but the text box for feedback is so tiny I resorted to screenshots in a PDF file to demonstrate.
Although I love the content on this site and am happy to pay for the digitization of new papers, the usability of this site needs improvement.

This is amazing pieces of feedback – thankyou! Some of it is already on our radar, but we will review this with our Product Director and Head of Design and aim to start feeding some of this into the product over the coming year. We really appreciate the time and care you have taken over this.
