Manchester Weekly Times

Blackburn Standard
This important textile town has much historical and economic news to offer those who are students of the social changes affecting many Lancashire towns from the beginning of the 20th century to the present day. It would be especially interesting to see how the First World War years affected those citizens living at the time, and how those who lost their lives during this conflict were reported.
