Put arrows so you can move around the article/page
It doesn't seem possible to move around the page. Perhaps some arrows or a hand to allow you to scroll
would be helpful

My viewer does not show any tools to enable you to scroll around the page. This make is extremely difficult to see the article without downloading the page. Can this problem please be addressed?

My viewer does not have arrows or hand to scroll around the page. I have to download in order to scroll. Am I missing something?
