Option to use search words where all words are only found in the same article and not on the whole page

I agree 100% with this. I often find this search option unhelpful because of all the irrelevant results it produces and the time it takes to trawl through them. This search could be made so much more effective.

Any progress on this ? It would be very valuable to search all search words to be contained only in the same article and not scattered all over the page. "Smith", "Butcher", "townname" (then tick 'In same article') would narrow the search results to be very relevant for my searches. Currently get thousands of results for this search.
