Western Gazette
Include ALL the regional editions for each publication date.
You currently have some editions of the Western Gazette, but there were several different editions. All were printed in Yeovil (Somerset) but their main content varied, with separate versions for separate regions/counties. At the moment, all are catalogued under Somerset, which could be misleading. A search by a different county (Hampshire, for example), might therefore not include the Western Gazette at all, even though it is that edition which you have for the particular date. Conversely, a search for an event in Somerset, say, might not find it because the edition you have is the Hampshire one.

Requests for Yeovil edition of this newspaper appear to be split between 4 different requests. As these requests are probably filtered by an algorithm, there would be more chance of success if they were combined under most popular request.

The edition in your archive is the Dorset one, although it is listed under Somerset. The main Yeovil & South Somerset edition would be very useful to me. Yeovil Library have it on micro-fiche, but I'm no longer in Yeovil area.

One edition of that paper contains a photograph of me in the uniform of a Sergeant in The Royal Dragoons raising the Union Flag at Encombe House during the annual camp of the South Dorset Pony Club. I would love to obtain that photograph.
