Me and two friends were knocked to the ground by Bryan Foote's front wheel when he wheelied at the start! We had our heads covered with our jackets facing away from the tapes,I counted three riders that passed us and the fourth riders front wheel hit us! The next thing I remember was a St.John's Ambulance man and a crowd looking down at me and my friends who had also been momentarily knocked out! Ahh. . .those were great times!

I can remember seeing The Romford Bombers....Ah the smell of the fuel and the scattering of shale.....These messages bring back wonderful memories for me.

I went to quite a few home fixtures but only one away..Rayleigh Rockets.....What a shame that so many clubs have folded.
