Felix Farley's Bristol Journal and other earlier Farley papers.
Bristol Library has this paper in all its variants avaiabel and it is exceptionally early. It holds information relevant to many historians. It is a serious omission from the website. UWE has a list of all the versions.

The most complete collection of this newspaper is on microfilm at Bristol Central Library. It is critical to my PhD research.

I strongly support the original comment. There is information here about the important city of Bristol and its citizens that is probably available nowhere else. A crucial source for the family historian. My own principal interest is in the period 1795-1825 and especialy the years around the turn of that century, but I can well believe that these publications have an equally great amount of unique information of interest to many others for earlier periods too.
