Maybe a paper each for Cape Town, Johannesburg, Durban. More recent editions of the Natal Mercury and Witness. Would be greatly appreciated as there is little information available online.

English-language primary sources from South Africa (from the South African Wars and 1880s until the dismantling of apartheid in the early 1990s) would be invaluable for those researching the history of SA since the 1880s. Suggestions for inclusion would be The Cape Argus, Cape Times and, for a Transvaal perspective, The Star or Sunday Times (both Johannesburg publications).

Capetown Mercantile Chronicle, or Cape Times, or, South African Advertiser.
South Africa has represented a major crossroads for global shipping, newspapers covering The Cape, would be helpful for historical research.
