This newspaper ran from 1904 - 1940 when it was incorporated into the Muswell Hill Record. I've been unable to find out why it closed because it seems to have been very successful. It's a very special family run newspaper that reflects life in the new community in Bowes Park and it tells us why local press was and is such an important part of community life and democracy. I have looked at some copies in the British Library and the 1904 editions in particular are very fragile. It would be an absolutely brilliant choice - even if it's only the first few months.
