We need an agreement with the copyright holder to digitise this. We will try to negotiate this but please be aware that it might take some time.

Hey Admin - You have already started adding 19th century editions. So is your agreement in place? if so you need to amend your statement.

As all my ancestors were from the York area the publication of the early editions would be of immense value. It is now over two years since the question of copyright was muted. Either they do want to participate or not so can a definitive decision be reached one way or the other please?
