I do not understand "Out of scope" and "we will not be including this title in the near future as we are focussing our efforts on digitising newspapers for The British Newspaper Archive."

The Liverpool Journal of Commerce WAS a newspaper - an alternative paper to Lloyd's List, which BNA has covered at length, but with the perspective of Britain's second maritime centre (which often had poor coverage in LL). Liverpool trade and shipping coverage through the 19th century is particularly important, especially during the American Civil War. I understand that even Merseyside Maritime Museum has no copies.

Six years on, is this time for review?

This would be a good one to make available as it's almost impossible to find an accessible copy.

Can this be reconsidered now - has been five years since the request.
