Staffordshire Sentinel
I would like to see the existing dates extended into the 1920 at least. My interest is the effect and aftermath of the First World War on the people of the Potteries.
Dear Readers
We are sourcing what we can from the Library’s holdings and have added 1940-1941, 1943-1950 in the last 24 hours.

Thank you all for your continued interest in this title, and Happy Reading!

Voting on this site seems pointless only
One of the top rated papers has made the grade the rest have just been left in the dark with no inclination to when they may well be added. Good paper would serve the site well -

This area is intriguing once home to many pot banks, coal mines, slag heaps, steelworks, the Trentham super pit was the first mine in Europe to produce 2.5 million tonnes of coal for sale.
Famous sports personalities to stem from the city include, Sir Stanley Matthews, darts supremo Phil Taylor, and the Worlds strongest man Eddie Hall.

It ranks in the top 12 selling regional titles, above the Yorkshire Post, Birmingham Mail, Leicester Mercury, Sheffield Star and Nottingham Post in terms of circulation sales, perhaps because it covered a broader area reaching into another county and deep into the countryside of the Peak districts. Should be considered.
