18th century newspapers
Why not have a 18th century newspapers site to complement your 19th century - lots of rich pickings from the major newspapers, e.g. Newcastle Courant

Please add more British and Irish newspapers/magazines, etc from the Georgian era. Because so many towns, villages, industries and organisations (etc) have their roots in that period, its publications will be of interest to a very wide cohort of researchers. Thank you.

I have been searching for a copy an issue of the York Courant from 1752 so I would vote for this Newspaper

There already is an existing thread for the York Courant - use your 2 votes there otherwise your votes are wasted

Yes, please. Aris's Birmingham Gazette ifs the main regional paper after 1747 and the only one for Warwickshire. Your current coverage is so thin as to be almost useless. I believe Birmigham Library have a complete run. A microfil exists, but is of poor quality. If possible a re-scan would bw wonderful

While the focus on 19thC and later newspapers is understandable, more 18thC content would be invaluable to researchers of that period.

Add 18th Century Bristol newspapers!
Bristol was the 2nd largest port in England during the 18th century and you have no Bristol newspapers for that period.
