searching for any information on Isaac Pattison/Pattinson (Tinsmith) who married Ann Stewart in St Marys Church Whitby in August 1910 and died in Middlesbrough in 1978. From the Cenus it is known he was born in Scotland. Two known brothers have been located George and Thomas both born in Scotland. Isaac is thought to have been born around 1932. I have as yet no information on Ann Stewart. If any one has any information on Isaac Pattison/Pattinson or his wife Anne Pattison/Pattinson nee Stewart I would love to hear from them. Isaac is my Gt Grandfather his son James being my Grandfather. Thanks.

In 1896 James Albert Reid married Sarah Ann Atkinson at Whitehaven, Cumb. They were both born in Whitehaven in 1874 but by 1901 they were living in Middlesbrough where they had the following children. Thomas Henry Reid b 1901, Ethel Reid b 1904 and Florence Reid 1908-1919. James died in 1967 and Sarah in 1987, both at Middlesbrough. Any information about this family most welcome

I have been searching for my father's identity for many years and found out yesterday that his name was Frank Chapman. Apparently, he was a professional heavyweight boxer in the late 1940s/60s. If he was a similar age to my mother, Ethel Tsakarisianos (nee Cunningham), he would have been born around 1922. At that time, my mother lived in Gladstone Street, off Cannon Street, Middlesbrough and she had 2 small children of 6 & 7. I understand he is now deceased and could have come from anywhere around Teesside. My mother went on to marry Dinnie Dowle and had 3 more daughters. I would be really grateful to hear from anybody who can shed any light on anything as I feel the need to know more about my parentage.

Eddy Slater.John Butler.We lived at 63 Viceroy St My dad was Jimmy Birch my grandad & grandad lived at 44Hawthorn Square .still got lots of cousins in Seaham Murton & Durham I try to visit regulary I have visited The Masonic Lodge in the past.
