Please, please can you say when we might see some action on the Hereford Times

First world war years missing

The Hereford Times had an excellent chess column from 1885 written by experts and including coverage of national events. I have looked at a few of these years on broadsheet in the BL. At present only one year from this period is in BNA. So although I have little interest in local Herefordshire matters, this title gets one of my precious votes.

It's ridiculous that there is no 20th century coverage for Herefordshire at all! If it's true that there used to be but they were withdrawn, then why on earth was this allowed to happen?

Please can you post a comment as to why you have removed Herefordshire papers from after 1899? I used these regularly in the past.

Can't believe that you have nothing at all for Hereford or Herefordshire for the entire 20th century!!

Titles such as Hereford Times and Journal, and also papers from Leominster, Ledbury, Ross, Kington etc

It is fantastic to have the early copies of these newspapers available but if the later copies post 1869 could be available that would be brilliant for researchers.
