Stop the article zooming away and going dark when trying to make it big enough to read. Not at all user friendly. It is very annoying and multiple attempts only lead to more frustration. So then I have to download the whole page for maybe just a 3 line article.

The zooming and scrolling feature on the articles is not user-friendly.

I constantly accidentally zoom in when I am trying to scroll and there is no easy way to scroll on an article.

Please change to the 'pinch-to-zoom' method for zooming in, as this is what the vast majority of websites and browsers use.
And please use 'Two Finger Scroll' method for scrolling up, down, left and right on an article, as this is what the vast majority of websites and browsers use.

Currently when I attempt to "Two Finger Scroll" the page zooms in and it is very frustrating. Additionally, zooming in is too sensitive and constantly either zooms in or out too much.

It would benefit all users if you adapted to this mode

Have experienced same issue - cannot zoom and scroll in Firefox. Rarely use Internet Explorer or Edge and access should be available in all mainstream browsers

Agreed, zoom appears to work with Internet Explorer but not Firefox. Please cmake a plan.

Plus, I just wanted to point out that if you download the articles so you can read them, most of them you don't want and it's a waste of time - trying to find an article that is relevant.

If this is a new feature that does not allow moving around on the page - then the BNA site is useless to me. I don't want to make a pdf of every article either. I already complained but no one got back to me.

I used to be able to do this, now I can't. It's a nightmare if the piece I need is not central to the page. Waste of time and money, so frustrating. PLEASE fix this asap.

What a disaster not to be able to navigate around the page after zooming in to a readable text size. Waste of time and money.

Unless the item you wish to read is in the middle of the page, you cannot read it after you zoom in, which severely reduces the ability to reasonably view the information you want.

I have the same problem. This used to work perfectly so what has been changed by BNA to make this a new issue!
