My card has expired. How can I update it so my subscription continues?

Please note it is only possible to update your payment card details onsite if your subscription is valid.

To update your payment card onsite, please log into your account, and click on "My Account" then select "Update Card" to enter your new payment card details.

If you subscription has lapsed, you would be required to make a manual payment onsite to restart your subscription, buy clicking on 'My Account' then selecting 'Purchase Packages'
