Can I turn off continuous membership so you won't take my next payment?
The Screen Name is the name that will appear next to any public Comments that you add to an item on the Viewer page.
You may not already have a screen name set-up, that’s ok, just add one in the ‘My Account’, ‘Edit details’ section and then click ‘Update details’ to save this Screen Name.
You can then Select ‘Edit Details’ once again and untick the 'Auto-renew my subscription' box at the bottom of your personal details and click 'Update details' to save your change.
If you do already have a Screen Name, please click ‘My Account’ then Select 'Edit details', please then untick the 'Auto-renew my subscription' box at the bottom of your personal details and click 'Update details'.
Your current subscription will now continue until its expiry date, but we will not take the next payment and your access will stop at that point.
