Yes, the new zoom and scroll feature is horrible, unless what you want to read is in the dead center of the page. It used to work fine. Some idiot programmer ruined it. Now you have to download a page in order to see what is on it.

Has there been any progress with this yet? Very frustrating. You know what you want to see and where it is on the page but can't magnify it! Is there a workaround? Is there a browser that scrolling works with?

I'm having exactly the same problem. When I contacted them, they gave me the impression I was the only one having this problem. Then they eventually said a few other people were having the same problem but they just changed browsers and all was fine. When I asked when it would be fixed, I was told it was unlikely that it would be and they helpfully cancelled by automatic sub renewal (without me asking them to!).

A development to my earlier post on the problem of zooming in and out and scrolling. I have discovered that the computer I am using at the moment has a touch screen so you can move around the page using your finger.Easy when you know! Now knowing this perhaps it might help others experiencing the same problem.

THe BNA has no problem in regularly sending out emails telling us that such and such a newspaper has been added. All well and good but might it not be an idea to send out an email telling us all about the changes to Zoom and Scroll? We are currently in the dark as to why it has been changed. Why was the new system not thought through before making the change? It's now totally useless zooming into the centre of the page as the bit you want to look at disappears off your screen! I've used the BNA for a few years and have been very pleased with it until now. No point in renewing my subscription as it stands.

I'd like to know WHY when I ask them to re-instate the old "Zoom & Scroll" system, they tell me it's my fault it doesn't work anymore - when its obviously some "new improvement" they themselves have added- AND CLEARLY DOESN'T WORK ON ALL SYTEMS like it did before they made the 'improvement'! PLEASE DO NOT IGNORE YOUR CUSTOMERS

The new system is unhelpful and greatly frustrating. Please reinstate the former.

I'm glad it isn't a fault in MY laptop. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE re-instate ZOOM +SCROLL otherwise I want my sub money back.

I support this complaint. The old system was much better

It's useless if you can't zoom and scroll.
