    I'm having exactly the same problem. When I contacted them, they gave me the impression I was the only one having this problem. Then they eventually said a few other people were having the same problem but they just changed browsers and all was fine. When I asked when it would be fixed, I was told it was unlikely that it would be and they helpfully cancelled by automatic sub renewal (without me asking them to!).
