I'd like to be able to avoid picking up sports results.
I'm searching for family history, so I search for name and place. I get the cricket and football results. Yes they may be relatives but as they only list surnames there not very useful.

We would recommend using the advanced search and adding Football and cricket to the excluded search terms – this should help.
