We take on board all of your suggestions but are bound by copyright restrictions and our agreements with publishers, these form the boundaries of what we may publish online.

  1. All those editions deemed "unfit" at Colindale

    I spent a long time researching at Colindale. As I went along I recorded everything I was not allowed to view as the volume in question was marked "unfit". I attach my "unfit" list with corresponding Colindale Shelf numbers (although I assume this probably won't help). While some volumes on this list are probably already on this site I would imagine most are not. Any help in getting these scanned would be very helpful.

  3. Modern content from across the UK

    I am coming to a dead end searching because 1960,which is your more recent periods is too far back. All other archive search sites offer this facility to search publications from these decades.

  4. I am very disappointed every time I suggest Portsmouth evening news it's gets removed this paper is wanted by some many people

    Can you tell me why you keep removing my idea this is wanted by some many people for you to add more years but you keep adding papers no one is ever going to click on

    "Over the last year, we have worked with National World to secure an agreement allowing us to digitise and publish more of their content. National World currently have over 200 local and regional titles across the United Kingdom and we are diligently working through them as quickly as possible. While the Portsmouth Evening News is on the plan, please note that turnaround times may vary depending on the accessibility of the material for digitisation."
