It would be great to be able to look back & find out more about the inhabitants of our area from years gone by, some probably relatives & ancestors. Thanks.

Crosby Herald will contain much history that is not recorded elsewhere, even of international significance. So many players in the Titanic story were from Crosby or Waterloo, such as Captain Roston, and many other significant figures in Liverpool's story such as Sir William Forwood lived in Crosby.

The Crosby Herald dates into the 1800's and will hold alot of local history. I love local history and am from two old Crosby families. I also run Crosby past and present and interested in genealogy . I would most certainly vote for The Crosby Herald to be able to be available online along with the Liverpool Echo and other local newspapers

There are quite a few articles I want to show my hubbie, but I find a difficult to get the library. It would be great to get the Crosby Herald digitalized & I could then show him & my sons .

I was brought up with the Crosby Herald and when I moved to Leicester my mum would send me a copy up until her death 7 years, ago.
