Delighted that more Scottish papers are being digitised. For the West coast and especially Argyllshire it would be very welcome if more years of the Oban Times were covered - only 5 years so far.

Your coverage of the Northern highlands could be improved by adding the Ross-shire Journal and by completing your digitisation of the Inverness Courier and the John O’Groat Journal

If you are looking to digitize more Scottish papers, I would ask that the Ayr Advertiser after 1835 be first, then the Kilmarnock Standard. Then any of these in no particualar order:
Ayr Observer from 1832-1899
Ayrshire Post from 1880 rgus & Express
Carrick Gazette
Carrick Herald
Girvan Courier
Girvan Courier
Saltcoats
Troon & Prestwick Times
Troon Herald
Troon Times -

Would this include the Scottish editions of UK papers? They are usually not stored on Nexis.

There is the one Paisley area paper already on the site, but any more from that area would be welcome. And, further dates of the one posted would be great also.

The Scotsman have their own site where their archives are available. Have found some good WW1 materials there but it is more expensive than the BNA.

I would love to see the Falkirk Mail and also the West Lothian Courier come on to the Archive. It would help my local football research.
