Dear Readers
We hope you’ve been keeping up to date with our Scottish releases
https://www.britishnewspaperarchive.co.uk/titles/countries/scotland
Among the new titles we’ve added are the Brechin Herald, Carluke and Lanark Gazette, Forfar Dispatch, Galloway Gazette, Buchan Observer and East Aberdeenshire Advertiser, and the Milngavie and Bearsden Herald.
Happy reading!

Your coverage of these very useful papers is somewhat erratic -e.g. much of the 1870s and all of the 1880s is missing

I agree. The Ross-shire Journal is an invaluable source for local news often not in the Inverness or Aberdeen papers

Your coverage of the Northern highlands could be improved by adding the Ross-shire Journal and by completing your digitisation of the Inverness Courier and the John O’Groat Journal
