This would be great to have digitised as my family have been part of Long Eaton since the early 1800's and social history of the town would help with my family tree and extended family

This is part of our history and so many locals would get so much out of this if they could access the papers on-line. It would also help people who are putting their family trees together.

Having worked there from 1966 until being took over by the Nottingham Evening Post, it would be great to have digitised images of this much missed newspaper

This newspaper ran from 1882 to 2008. It was the self-styled "voice of the town for more than a century". It deserves to be digitised and available for all local people to access once more.

The Long Eaton Advertiser is already on microfilm but so tedious to search. Digitised, it would be a huge searchable local history asset
