    This paper has pictures of soldiers from WW1 which other local papers do not

    This paper is extremely useful for information on shipping, trade and commerce in one of Britains most important ports. It also had a wide readership in the Bristol area, covering local news and affairs. It would be an invaluable addition to our newspaper resources.

    A very valuable archive for researchers as the earliest editions cover much of North Somerset and Weston-super-Mare as well as Bristol itself
