Jewish Chronicle
An essential reference source for the Jewish community in England and Wales, which would aid those researching Jewish ancestry enormously.

This is a vital resource for research around the British Jewish Community. Today is Holocaust Memorial Day. I think that it would be a fitting tribute if the Jewish newspapers of GB could be added to your archive. The Jewish Chronicle, and the northern paper, the Jewish Telegraph.

I can find most Christian references in my family, but without the specialized publications dealing with Jewish families, I'm lost. It's by no means certain that Jewish families would have posted death notices in usual newspapers and obituaries are a wonderful source of information! So do GO FOR IT! Thanks! Alyson Breuer

For some reason, you do have one issue of this newspaper. It's extremely useful for Anglo-Jewish research. The JC used to let non-subscribers access the archive for free, but no longer do. It would be wonderful if the JC would let you publish their papers, but I don't know if that would be the case. (I guess this won't get many votes because researchers of Jewish family history seem to look elsewhere, but this might bring 'em on board!)
