We take on board all of your suggestions but are bound by copyright restrictions and our agreements with publishers, these form the boundaries of what we may publish online.

    I see that you have recently added some years of the Drogheda Argus to the site, it would be great to see the additional years between 1851 and 1864 added and more recent editions after 1871.

  3. Yiddish-language newspapers published in Britain 1870 - 1950

    This was a period when Jewish immigration to Britain was particularly active. For those who can read them, these papers would give insight into the minds of the immigrants - people not very different in some ways from the current immigrants from eastern Europe and the Middle East.

  4. Lowestoft journal's

    In Lowestoft we have the Lowestoft heritage centre and it has the Victorian issues of the journal in yearly volumes from the 1850's upwards anychance you could scan them in to your archive?

  5. Aberdeen Evening Gazette

    This title was the evening edition of the Aberdeen Free Press, which you have started to digitise. It was absorbed by Aberdeen Journals in 1922 and merged into the Aberdeen Evening Express.It was the best of the Aberdeen papers for feature articles and an alternative view on current events.
