We take on board all of your suggestions but are bound by copyright restrictions and our agreements with publishers, these form the boundaries of what we may publish online.

  1. Add a “clipping-to-video” export (animated zoom + subtitles) to make sharing easier

    Could BNA add a one-click export that turns a clipping into a short video (pan/zoom, readable subtitles, and source citation on the last frame)? It would be great for sharing discoveries with family and on social.

    As a temporary workaround I use an external Sora Video
    tool to animate images (disclosure: external tool I use/build). A native BNA feature would keep everything inside the archive workflow.

  2. Add an infographic/summary card export for clippings (auto-highlight key facts)

    It would be super helpful if BNA could generate a clean “summary card” for a clipping: headline + date + place + key names + a short AI summary, then export as PNG for sharing/citation.

    As a workaround, I sometimes turn screenshots into an infographic using Google Nano Banana Pro
    (disclosure: external tool I use/build). A native BNA version would make sharing and note-taking much faster.

  3. Add royalty-free background music when exporting clipping “story” videos

    Sharing clippings as short videos would be even better with a simple background music option (e.g., calm / vintage / dramatic) and a volume slider, using royalty-free tracks.

    Right now, if I want a matching soundtrack, I generate one externally with an ai music generator
    (disclosure: it’s a tool I use/build). A built-in music picker would keep the whole workflow inside BNA and make sharing more engaging.

    I cannot understand why you are adding numerous specialist titles but have still not done this title apart from the year 1910. It is the only continuous publication for this large industrial town, from 1858 to the present. Some news items are found in two Sheffield titles, but not all. I know you have it because the library purchased microfilm from you at an early date (1970s?) and did not hold hard copies of 1858-77 until 2-3 years ago when the Advertiser emptied its store.
