Search for a phrase is often ignored
When I search for a phrase, for example "W. Hunter" to get only hits for "W. Hunter" it is very annoying that I get endless hits for just "W." Can the search engine not be taught to ONLY look for "W. Hunter" ?

I am getting the same result, most frustrating.

I agree. There seems to be no difference between the different types of search. I was looking for bridge house estates and received thousands of hits with only one of the words.
