You should inform new customers that they have been put on auto renewal when signing up & inform them prior to doing so that you are about to take the next payment. This would allow naïve or trusting customers to cancel there subscription.
We have updated both our payment page and order confirmation email to make this significantly more visible. Thanks for your suggestion!

Disgusting company, no way to cancel on the main website. Gonna have to jump through hoops as per usual. Sick of these subscription services.

I did not know I was on auto-renew, just had a message to say I have paid for subscription without first receiving a notice. 23 January 2021

You have not done this - I have been charged twice without consent, and it is impossible to turn off auto-renew.

Yes I have now been charged for three months use and cannot find out how to cancel this subscription
