I have unticked the auto renew box every time and when I log in again the tick to renew is there again. I do not want to auto renew
I do not want to auto renew but the tick is always in the box even when I keep deleteing it. You say I can cancel at any time. I do not want to auto renew.

This sounds like a bug – can you get in contact with our Customer Support team and they will make sure that it gets cancelled for you and try to work out what the problem is. support@britishnewspaperarchive.co.uk

I am having the same trouble as above and want my account cancelled before 28 April please.
