    At end of 19thC beginning of 20th, West Ham was one of the fastest growing areas around London. I would love to reference the local newspapers from this time. I have traced my family history back four generations living in St Mary's Road, Plaistow, to 1895 and my paternal side living in other parts of West Ham.
