In the late 19th and early 20th century Mbro attracted immigrants from all parts of the British Isles, and beyond, attracted by the prospect of working in the burgeoning industries being established here. Geneologists from all parts of e country, if not the world, could have an interest in researching the local press, so adding what the premier local paper recorded is much to their (and my) advantage.

One of the Joy's of researching family trees is filling in the details of life and living behind the names and dates. The information that will be gained from such a local source, will be most interesting and enlightening.
