We take on board all of your suggestions but are bound by copyright restrictions and our agreements with publishers, these form the boundaries of what we may publish online.

  4. Fleetwood C

    Fleetwood Chronicle which is no longer in print contains valuable information on Fleetwood town. Available in the library on microfiche but there is a possibility the library may close. I also live in Australia so have no access at all to the microfiche files.

  5. Grantham Journal after 1954

    Grantham Journal is a good source of information but it ends at 1954.This is over 60 years ago. Cannot we have more modern scans?

    The Leinster Leader is the joint most commonly read local newspaper in Co Kildare, sharing this space with the Kildare Observer (now ceased to publish). It is going for over 100 years. Hard copies are available.

  11. Battle of Jutland

    On 31st May 2016 it is the 100th anniversary of the Battle of Jutland. The greatest battle of WW1 yet there is nothing about it in all these newspapers. Maybe it would be a good idea to publish for the anniversary or asap.

  12. Scottish News 1886-1888 and Scottish Leader 1891-1894

    I've been disappointed recently when visiting Glasgow's Mitchell Library that certain old newspapers (which have not been microfilmed) have suffered some water damage, and cannot now be issued to the public. Any chance of you moving these titles nearer the top of your list for digitising?
    Scottish News - only issued February, 1886 to February, 1888
    Scottish Leader - 1891 to 1894
