Heart of the Heavy Wool Industry, the Blanket Making Industry, the home of Shoddy and Mungo cloth manufacture...this area was a major industrial area in the mid 19th and early 20th century with an awful lot of history...please let us see some of these smaller Yorkshire newspapers placed on-line!

Rosshire Journal/ Nairnshire Telegraph/ Banffshire Journal
please could we have the any of the above not everything appears in the Inverness Courier or the Aberdeen Journal (Press and Journal) they are partiular useful both for local history as well as family history. I used the Nairnshire Telegraph for University Projects and it had information which was not reported in other papers
