How can we improve The British Newspaper Archive?

  1. Improve account settings or profile details

    It is currently impossible to manage my subscription efficiently and fully. I would like one page (not as now) which allows me to see my account details, including past payment history, whether my account is set to auto-renew (with ability to switch it on/off without contacting you on a form), and how much it will renew for; date when my subscription expires, when the next payment will be taken (exact date), as well as payment card updates (as now) account cancellation, or opt for a different type of subscription. Currently the account management options are inadequate, missing or all over…
