Text is fine to read on the website but as soon as I download and try and read in Adobe it is very blurry - hence I cannot take a snapshot and print.

What article ?????

In desperation I have two solutions. Get article up on ipad, enlarge, photo and send to yourself by email.
OR click on the Fullscreen icon which is below the directional icons. Increase size using either the + icon or roller on your mouse. Click on File, top left of tool bar, enlarge again if necessary. Decide on portrait or landscape. Print only the relevant page by scrolling down. Success!

Are we getting anywhere with this? I too need to print out a readable size extract.

And once one is able to download just the article needed, the newspaper's citation details are recorded on the paper.

Where is the article then? I've just joined the world of the 'stupid'!

Old newspapers are text 'heavy' so this would be a good improvement.
