An error occurred while saving the comment Judy commentedCan you help me please? I was born at North Staffs Hospital in 1944,and I am trying to locate a mill that my late mother worked in,she worked I believe in a bobbin shed? She always referred to it as"The French Firm",and the head lady was known as Madame,I think it would have been around the 20s-30s,as when I was born she was working as a bus/tram conductress for Pmt Transport If you can help me,or put me in contact who can I would be very grateful. Many thanks
