West Somerset Free Press
It would be great to have the West Somerset Free Press added, very little coverage of this remote part of the country at present.

Shields Daily News
Shields Daily News
The Shields Daily Gazette is included but that covers SOUTH Shields. You have nothing at all for NORTH Shields, a comparable town immediately across the River Tyne. What have you got against us North Shielders! We ask no more than to be treated equally!!230 votesClosed - Now live · AdminThe British Newspaper Archive (Head of Data Development, The British Newspaper Archive) respondedDear Readers

Glasgow Evening News
Excellent newspaper, provided more detailed coverage of the Glasgow area than did the Glasgow Herald.

Sleaford Gazette and Sleaford Journal
Sleaford is a market town in Lincolnshire and the Gazette was the main paper from 1854 to 1960; the Journal was printed from 1889 to 1929, when it was incorporated into the Gazette. It would be a very useful resource for local and family history studies in the area.

Ross-shire and the Western Isles
Almost 10 million pages available - a great total and resource, but some counties (such as my own areas of interest, Ross-shire and the Western Isles) have yet to get off the mark. Can this be looked at so we have some basic coverage of the whole country? Thanks

Birkenhead Advertiser
The Birkenhead Advertiser commenced in 1860 and contains a wealth of information about this town. John Laird began his shipbuilding here employing many thousands of men in his Shipyard.
Also Central Park in New York was built on the original design of Birkenhead Park which is still the same today.
The Birkenhead Advertiser commenced in 1860 and then later became known as the Birkenhead News I think in 1880.
Would be good to see this newspaper digitised if possible.

More Carlisle newspaper editions
Please add more early years for the Carlisle Patriot and Carlisle Journal. The Patriot currently only runs from 1817-1820 plus about 3 editions from January 1821 as well as some random later years. The Carlisle Journal has 1847 and 1849 missing in its run from 1833-1866. It would be nice to have the whole of the 19th century covered without gaps by one or the other of the Carlisle papers.
