Newspapers we should add next
Tell us what publications would be of most use to you. You can be as general (Victorian cycling magazines) or specific (South Wales Argus) as you wish! We take on board all of your suggestions but are bound by copyright restrictions and our agreements with publishers, these form the boundaries of what we may publish online.

Sheffield Daily Independent
This paper published photographs of soldiers wounded in WW1 and so is particularly topical at the present time. For a number of families it will be the only source of photographs of their ancestors.

You are still claiming that you have put the Shetland Times 1872-85 online. You haven't. I wish you would!

Weston Mercury
I have been researching the history of Choral Music in Weston-super-Mare using your archived material which I am able to access on line. So far it has enabled me to form a picture of what it was like prior to 1950. One paper which may have been of assistance which was missing was the Weston Mercury (Weston-super-Mare)

Irish Newspapers prior to 1922.
As you probably know, the vast majority of the census returns, wills, parish records etc were destroyed in a fire in Dublin in 1922. This means that the only real source of finding information is through the newspapers. A searchable newspaper archive for the Irish newspapers prior to this date would be extremely useful

Aris's Birmingham Gazette pre 1840
There are Georgian newspapers which covered Birmingham pre 1837. Arris's Gazette readily springs to mind, but there were others. It would be great to read these online. Can you help, please given the amount of interest in Birmingham history?
