We take on board all of your suggestions but are bound by copyright restrictions and our agreements with publishers, these form the boundaries of what we may publish online.

    Please add the Herts & Essex Observer. Recently the WW1 volumes have become rather damaged, at least the locally kept copies. I fear that if nothing is done they will eventually become useless.

    The religious press is not represented in this archive. Are such papers outside the scope of this project?These would be of particular interest for those researching family history. Several titles immediately spring to mind…The Jewish Chronicle, The Catholic Herald, The Church Times…
