The Builder
The Builder was first published in 1843 and under the editorship of George Godwin (1844-83) it developed into "the most important and successful professional paper of its kind with a readership well beyond the architectural and building world". It featured not only landmark buildings – with fabulous illustrations – but also articles on more practical aspects of the building trade, sanitation and so on. Further background here:

Liverpool Courier
As we have seen, Liverpool papers are not adequately represented. The Liverpool Courier was one of the main papers during the early 20th century. The Liverpool Daily Post from 1914 to 1930 would also be an important and useful addition.

Montrose Standard 1958 - 1964
The Montrose, Scotland area newspapers you added Feb 2018 are excellent, but only go to the end of 1958
Angus Council Web Site shows the Montrose Standard actually goes to 1964...

It would be great to extend these Johnson Press PLC papers on the east coast of Scotland for a few more years!
Personally I'm actually interested in the Montrose Standard itself for only a short period 26th May 1963 - 10th June 1963

North Berks Herald and Abingdon Herald Series
North Berks Herald and also the Abingdon Herald series which published versions for Wantage, Wallingford and Didcot.
These papers are already held in Oxfordshire libraries on micro-film. I use a viewer at Abingdon Library, but it would be so much easier if they were available on the British Newspaper Archive.18 votes -

Brixton
I suggest this for personal family reasons but I'm sure it would benefit many others too. My interest lies around 1922.
