We take on board all of your suggestions but are bound by copyright restrictions and our agreements with publishers, these form the boundaries of what we may publish online.

  18. Suffolk Chronicle

    This was the local paper which the poor read to each other in the early nineteenth century, and has a different angle to the 'establishment' Ipswich Journal and Bury and Norwich Post. It contains a lot of information which the other two don't, or that they look at with a very different bias

    Other Dover newspapers, especially Dover Telegraph, but also Dover Standard and Dover Times. The period 1914-1918 a good place to start.
