  3. How to limit search to first and surname linked together, so that the search doesn't s treat names separately.

    In searching names it is very frustrating when e.g. the full name cannot be searched , entering "John Webb" will show all instances of "John" as well as "Webb" which means a lot of nugatory searching results. It should be possible for a search by a full forename and surname together.
